‘Ground-Breaking’

Well . . . as with all digs, the beginning of any discovery begins with the first scoop of dirt. Such is how I begin this blog. My first ‘official’ writing post. I have written many things in the confines of my own ‘cave’ – safe, protected in its own right – free from the scrutiny of the ever present critic. However, several of my friends have taken the great plunge and have asked for me to jump in and like so many things in my recent past – TIMING – is the catalyst as the water finally feels right.

Where to begin . . . where to begin . . . As so much of my writing begins, I offer up a definition to the play in words of my post title ‘Art-of-Facts’. One of the definitions of the word artifact is this: A structure or feature not normally present but visible as a result of an external agent or action, such as one seen in a microscopic specimen after fixation . . .

One man’s PERCEPTION is his REALITY. If we do not take the time to unearth the TRUTHS in life, we walk in our own perception and the many artifacts that could have been collected lay silent, undiscovered until another comes along to accept the challenge. I am purposed to fixing my eyes on the features not normally present in everyday life, seeking to SEE the things that become visible BECAUSE of my actions.

Such is how I wish to go through life . . . how I wish to share my findings. This project may prove to be long or it may be short-lived . . . I will not commit to anything relevant to TIME as I have submitted myself to a Higher Plan and never know when or where He will steer me. I can, however, commit to sharing the revelations I discover. I ask only one thing – that you take all things to the One that Guides to use as a sounding board for all things shared.
